TEENS-70s - Our man of a thousand voices! Extremely versatile with accents, characterisations, comedy and also a brilliant mimic.

Steve is delighted to be playing the part of Eric in Pinky and Perky, partly because it makes a change from being cast as 'Peter'.

In The 11 O'Clock show, he was 'Peter' Piper from Portsmouth, in The Office Christmas Specials he was 'Peter', Brent's agent. In I'm Alan Partridge he was 'Piet' Morrant - ('Piet' is Africaans for 'Peter') and he has even played St Peter in a TV Pilot. In the Extras Christmas Special he was billed as the Estate Agent, but he was probably called 'Peter' too.

To avoid being cast as Peter, Steve has usually had to become Spanish or Italian-Cockney. In Alexei Sayle's 'Lose Weight Ask Me How' he was Spanish Oswaldo, in The Armando lannucci Shows he was Luca, the cockney-Italian barber and more recently in Channel 5's sitcom Angelo's, he starred as Angelo the cockney-Italian Cafe owner.
