30s One of television's most well-known faces, Lesley can bring sincerity and depth or humour and lightness to any production. A native Northerner but adept at many other accents. Lesley is best known for her roles in the TV shows Afterlife, Bob & Rose and Clocking Off and in the films Vera Drake and The Full Monty for which she was BAFTA-nominated. Her most recent television appearances were in Doctor Who and The Children. She also recently played the lead character in Harper Regan at The National Theatre and could be seen in the new stage adaptation of Henrik Ibsen's Ghosts
